Leg day hai bhai… squats ne ego crush kar diya, leg press ne power unleash kar di, aur lunges ne balance aur control dono sikha diya 😮💨🔥
Pain sirf thighs mein nahi, mind mein bhi discipline lock ho raha hai.
Legs kaam kar rahi hain, aur saath hi foundation aur zyada solid ho rahi hai 💪
